Written text:  Of course, what pulls forward is something utterly unremarkable.  We are left with desperate yowls and writhing cries.  Reduced to nothing, made to evolve into shambles.  I fear the day I face the callous unforgiving empty.  The ether pulses even so.  Dread, dread, and so much fear.  Past this, we will grasp at one anothers’ ankles to reconstruct a memory.  Our pasts will be irrelevant.  Demoralized, we will crawl to the scrap and hang there.  I’ll be gratefully polishing the nuclear shelter, and you will enter the river in my place.  Perhaps merciless, but I follow God’s example.
